Purpose

The purpose of this organization shall be to recognize the academic achievements of students, honor distinguished faculty and alumni, and promote excellence in the field of biomedical engineering. Additionally, members of this organization will support each other through professional development opportunities and support their communities through educational outreach to introduce biomedical engineering to younger students.
